Here's what you need to know about me! I am a Johns Hopkins educated, retired physician who always wanted to be a writer. When, after thirty years of active practice, I herniated a disc in my back, I gave up healing and began the enlivening, challenging and, ultimately, soul-satisfying task of figuring out what I wanted to be when I grew up.
I first took a job as an English teacher, as this accorded well with my early exposure to the humanities and creative writing, then moved on to authoring and publishing my first memoir, entitled "The Happy Introvert: Quirky Tales from the Depths of Solitude." In my spare time, I became certified as a life coach and life coaching Master Trainer. Through a rather organic and uniquely inspired process, I began coaching many of my peers in the art of writing highly refined emails, memos, speeches, resumes and proposals.
At the end of the day, I realized that reading and writing (and arithmetic, but that doesn't fit so well here) are really my first, last and true loves. As such, I want to share that compelling gift with you, and assist you in conveying your message with the greatest degree of impact and clarity.
Call me, email me, text me! Let's talk about your writing needs. I am certainly here to help you get the job done, and done well! My email is drneal@yourprowriter.com. I look forward to working with you!
